A great passion, difficult to contain. Over the years my father shared it with me, he passed on to me the love and dedication for the land, both bitter and generous, and its fruits.
So in 2001, having graduated from high school, it was instinctive for me to follow my father's path, almost a call. I began by buying 10 hectares of land, which I earmarked for vegetable production. However, I had a broader vision and so in 2005, my father still by my side, I decided to embark on a new, more specific and ambitious path: the production of cardoncelli mushrooms and cherries.
In 10 years we have achieved important goals and great results, with a production of
about four thousand quintals of cherries per year on an area of 50 hectares and a production of two thousand quintals of cardoncelli mushrooms in ten thousand square metres
square metres of air-conditioned greenhouses.
In 2015, we decided to extend our production by growing different varieties of apricots.
And so we go on, proud and in love with our work... taking care of our products... and of you who will bring them to your tables.
